Some email providers, especially Outlook, flag emails as Spam or redirect emails directly to Trash. The following steps are recommended to resolve the issue.
Contact the HICSS office if these steps do not resolve the issue or if you have other suggestions or recommendations.
  1. Check Spam / Junk Email / Trash.
  2. Add hicss@hawaii.edu to Contacts.
  3. Add hicss@hawaii.edu to Safe Senders.
  4. Add hicss.hawaii.edu to Safe Senders.
Use the reset password page to test if emails can be received after each of the steps listed in 2-4. (The reset password emails can be ignored without having to change the password.)
